How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Adrianne Palicki?:

If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo.
You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes.
Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response.

Adrianne Palicki ...(supernatural) success..3 year wait - April 16th, 2012
This is Awesome because i never expected this one after roughly 3 years. I sent Adrianne 2 supernatural trading cards in 2009 along with a letter and sase and today i got them both back signed along with a typed letter that is hand signed also at the bottom,the autograph is not part of the printed letter it has been hand signed which is awesome and these are authentic because i know what her autograph looks like.  I am very happy with this because i have been after her autograph for years and years...Plus i love getting really old requests back its really exciting  And she really knows how to fill out a smurf t-shirt lol I cant wait to see her in G.I. Joe retaliation this summer
