9/01/2009 - Rachel Fox is an up and coming actress who played Kayla on Desperate Housewives. She also played the mini-diva Amber Tate on iCarly. I came across her website http://www.rachelgfox.com on 30 June and clicked on the link at the bottom to request an autograph. On 31 Aug I received an 8.5x5.5 signed promo card and an 8x4 collage of her with her co-stars.
