If you live in send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. 11/18/2008 - I wrote Vinnie Paul Abbott (drummer for Pantera, DamagePlan and HellYeah!) on 10-20-08, sending an index card and 2 ticket stubs from a concert I saw him in (HellYeah! Opened for Korn last year here). On the 14th of Nov, I received not only my index card and ticket stubs signed, but also a promo card of a book about his brother (the late, great Dimebag Darrell Abbott) and a personal invitation to a Christmas party (for 2) to his strip bar of choice, The Clubhouse in Dallas, Texas. Too bad I live too far away.
