If you live in send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. 12/18/2007 - WOW! Stephan is amazing! Not only did he personalize and sign the custom made Index Cards I sent him, But he also sent two additional 8x10 photos that were personalized and signed, Plus 2 typed letters and 2 Christopher Reeve foundation brochures that were also signed!! |
