3/29/2008 - Sent Letter and SASE to mayor Bloomberg (can't remember the date). I teach American Government and several of my students are doing reports on him. I told him this in my letter.

2/29/2008 - I wrote him on Feb.9 2008 and today Feb.29 2008 just a 20 day time period. I recieved a personalized autographed picture. The return was NYC city hall. Very short turn around time.
