9/25/2008 - Hi. On 12/09/08 sent letter, plus 2 index cards, and 2x IRC to Carla. On 23/09/08 recieved both my index cards, signed (not personalized) and a personalized hand written letter. :lol: :lol: {up} {up} Carla appeared in The classic "phantom of the opera" with Lon Chaney in 1925,(The best ever version in my humble view) and the 1931 Dracula with Bela Lugosi. So this is one classic autograph, Carla is nearly 99 now but seems fine, and by her letter to me, really enjoys getting fanmail. 9/13/2007 - Carla Laemmle 645 N. Serrano Blvd. Hollywood, CA 90004 Sent a letter requesting an autographed pictuer but received a letter instead.... "Dear Zach~ Thank you for your note and interest. I have no "Dracula" coach scene photos available at present- I will have some in a couple of weeks- however, they are $10.00 each- Sincerely, Carla Laemmle" Oh well...too bad I don't have $10 At least I she signed something....
