How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Richard Ramirez?:

If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase american stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. 5/24/2008 - Okay, before any further reading, PLEASE don't let this topic become controversial. Just because I've written to serial killers does not mean that I'm weird or creepy, I just like to expand my horizons on autograph collecting. I don't send them anything "special", I just ask how they've been doing. Sent letter on April 18 to: Mr. Richard Ramirez E-37101 San Quentin State Prison San Quentin, CA 94974 Received back a nice hand-written letter today. He signed both the envelope and the letter itself.

Letter reads (copied word for word, grammar errors and all): "Zach, Greetings. Recieved your letter, takes about 3 weeks to recieve your mail. How old are you? Whats your average day like? As for me I read write and listen to the radio. I could use a few stamps. Do you have alot of friends or just a few? Ive always been a loner. Have you done any traveling? I always wanted to visit Hawaii but never got the chance. Seen any good movies? Thats all for now. Take it easy/ Richard" He asked me to write back, still debating on whether I should or not :?
