If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in , add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. I sent a letter, sase and 1 baseball card. He returned it unsigned with info on his charity. However, he also included a signed bible card and signed the index card I always include in these.

index card and a card that said...

It was good hearing from you. Because of a
commitment I had with The Leukemia & Lymphoma
Society in memory of my mother's passing from
leukemia. I was asking for a donation in her name.
Because I have started my own charitable foundation,
The Gary Carter Foundation, I am asking for the same
donation.
It's all to help children learn to read and to help other
charitable organizations.
If you would like to obtain an autographed card, from all

Sorry, but I can't afford $25.00 at this time. I already make
several yearly donations on my own to The Leukemia &
Lymphoma Society having one friend loose her fight with the
disease and another who made it through; and I have named
