If you live in UK send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. 10/04/2007 - In my attempts to gain all the autographs of Premiership managers I sent Mr Mourinho a letter and SASE on 22/08/07 to the Chelsea Football Club address. Received a letter on 01/10/07 saying, "Dear Supporter, Following Jose Mourinho's departure from the Club we are unable to supply his autograph as requested. Sorry we are unable to help with your request." Unfortunately this means he mustn't have taken any letters with him and didn't leave any autographs behind .
