How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Sally Jessy Raphael?:

4/15/2005 - Sent letter & SSAE on: 24th February 2005 Autograph arrived: 10th April 2005 This is a 8"x10" photograph hand-signed by Sally Jessy Raphael - (Chatshow hostess). Sent to the address in the database: c/o Creative Artists Agency 9830 Wilshire Boulevard Beverly Hills, CA 90212-1825 Although, the envelope received was sent back from Australia?!!!! I am currently collecting autographs for a charity auction, so fortunately most celebs are very forthcoming. In fact many of them have sent me extra's so I have been able to extend my own collection as well! I always send SSAE's as I have found this to be by far the most reliable (and polite!) policy.
