If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. I sent an email asking if they had an address I could send something to or if they could send something for my cousin and sister. I also told them what fans they were. Mike told me he would try to send something soon. I was starting to think he forgot about me, but I got a package in the mail. He sent me two signed pictures, a letter and stickers. I know my cousin and sister will be very happy. Mike was very nice and the rest of them were so nice to send all this out.
