If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. 7/23/2009 - Sent LOR and SASE to Dr. Phil on March 25th this year using the address in the database and received a signed B&W 8x10. Signed, God Bless, Dr. Phil. Hand written return address was the same as sending address. Also stamped fragile all over it. Very nice success. Last reported success for him was a VIP pass. 3/06/2008 - We received a VIP pass from Dr. Phil. The pass is for 4 people to be seated in the VIP seating at a taping for Dr Phil. Of course it is in Hollywood, California so it may be tough to find a bidder. There is one stipulation on the pass - it "cannot" be used for any type of on-line auction. It is good for 1 year from date of event which will make the expiration date July 12, 2009. All in all its still a pretty good success - wish I could go!
Can't find where I sent it so have no date - sorry. Received today and took the address from the database.
