Letter, S.A.S.E, cardboard for protection, dvd cover and a printed photo of the Friday The 13th poster.
Received September 15th. S.A.S.E/Cardboard was used.
My dvd cover signed "Mrs. Voorhees Betsy Palmer", My printed photo signed "Mrs. Voorhees Betsy Palmer", and a Friday The 13th photo Betsy Palmer included that was signed "Joe, Kill'ur Mommy, Kill'ur, Mrs. Voorhees Betsy Palmer". She also returned my letter with a note at the bottom that basically said "Thank you for your wonderful letter and request. Mrs. Voorhees Betsy Palmer forever" and also next to a Jason mask I drew (along with my note "Friday forever!") she wrote "Voorhees Forever, Yeah!"
Odd thing is that the Friday The 13th photo she sent has the movies title written in what I think is German at the bottom and she signed the back of my dvd cover which isn't so bad as it's a double-sided cover from the "Crystal Lake To Manhattan" dvd boxset of parts 1-8 (and the cases are clear) but still odd.
Printed pic was signed in pen, DVD cover in silver paint pen and photo she provided in marker.
Quite easily one of my favorite successes I've ever had. I received a total of 3 signed items plus a hand-written and signed note.

7/13/2007 - on 5/29/07 I sent a LOR,2 index cards and SASE. ON 7/9/07 I received 8x10 CISP from the original Friday The 13Th, Both cards signed, and she also returned ny letter signed with a note of her own.
For those of you who don't remember, She was the killer in the first Fridat the 13th movie. Pamela Vorhees, Jason's mother.
