I sent an e-mail to the above e-mail address (also listed in the database) on March 16th 2009 and received the response not even 1 week later on March 21, 2009
Mr. Flay sent me a very beautiful photo, personally signed.
I wrote to Mr. Flay on behalf of my Father In-law. My father in-law teaches food service to special needs children. I wrote to Mr. Flay explaining this along with how my father in-law talks to his kids about Mr. Flay during his instructionals. Mr. Flay sent a personalized photo back, that says To Cubby (my father-inlaw's nickname) - Bobby Flay.
I framed and matted the photo and brought it to my Father-inlaw. You would have thought I gave him a million dollars. It hangs on the wall at his work.
I don't have the envelope, but I'll try to get my Father-inlaw to take a photo of the autograph for me to post here.
