At least 5months ago I e-mailed Rold Harris through the website requesting an autograph. Later that day I received an e-mail saying one was in the post for me. After 5months I thought that they must have forgotten to send one, so I e-mailed back explaining I didn't receive anything after my fan e-mail. I got another reply apologising saying that they do ask for an SAE, they didn't tell me that! Anyway, they sent one for me again which I received on the 27th August!
