If you live in Spain send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On the 6th of June 2006 I wrote an email to Rafael Nadal (the address can be found on his official site) and the day after he sent me a reply. It's just an e-mail so it isn't a real success...
