How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Stephen Harper?:

If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in Canada send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in Canada, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase canadian stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. 7/23/2008 - I was away for 4 days on a tour vacation to the US since I'm Canadian like I've said in my Norah Jones feedback. I received 2 TTMs while I was away and one of them was Stephen Harper (the current Prime Minister of Canada) and the other one was Norah Jones. Anyways, for Stepehn Harper, I received a card saying: "With the compliments of the Prime Minister" and then underneath is his (authentic) autograph. I sent an email to { Email Address } on July 13th and received it in my mailbox while I was away for 4 days so I probably received it on July 19th, 20th, 21st, or 22nd. The return address on the envelope on says: PRIME MINISTER--PREMIER MINISTRE OTTAWA K1A OA2 Here are the pics: ENVELOPE
