I sent Scott a picture, a LOR and a SASE and I received my picture back personalized but not signed? I sure this was unintentional so should I send it back asking for him to sign it? Or should I send a new request or should I be happy with what I got? Has anyone else had this same situation? Any and all advice will be appreciated.

Used the Jay D Schwartz address.
Funny thing is that he returned my LOR to me as well but took away the cardboard piece which protected the picture and on top of that he glued the IRC coupon to the SAE and sent it like this - and it arrived |
