If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, add several* International Reply Coupons. 2/18/2009 - i sent julie a pic plus the dvd cover to bloody birthday feb 3rd
i got it all around the end of feb....i think lol
i asked on julie myspace if she could sign somethings and she agreed to sign my dvd
i also found a good pic of her so i sent it and asked if she could sign it as well i got it all back signed she even put down aline from the movie on the dvd cover.
