I sent a letter and SASE on 8/20/09 and received a personalized signed picture back on 10/13/09 
They didn't use my SASE.
This is an awesome success!!! But I am a little 
because my name is written over Billie's pretty face! I think from what I have read on the forum is that she signs a stack of pictures and someone else adds your name. Oh well at least its spelled right this time LOL. And it gives me a reason to try again in the future
