10/07/2009 - She does. The little hearts she drew on my dvd cover for FATHER KNOWS BEST Season One have given me that impression.
I sent the dvd cover Sept 29th to the address in the data bank, and just got it back today, signed and personalized, quick as lightning. What a dollface! |
7/31/2009 - The naturally red-headed Donahue played Robert Young's eldest/popular daughter, Betty Anderson, on the 1950s sitcom, "Father Knows Best".
Donahue was also featured in several episodes of CBS's The Andy Griffith Show as pharmacist Ellie Walker, even getting a mention in the famous opening credits. Walker was intended to be a love interest for Andy Taylor, but was dropped from the cast after Griffith and the producers decided they had no romantic chemistry, and appears only during the first season (1960-1961).
