If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo.
You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes.
Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response.

Toby Hall MLB Weird Success - March 11th, 2019
Sent LOR, SASE, TC to Toby Hall in October (I think, as I didn't record the date I sent it, which in itself is odd for me). Got back in my SASE that is in my own hand writing (so clearly I sent something), a signed TC. Funny thing is, that's not the TC I sent. It was signed and in one of those soft plastic covers. So, likely the card I sent him got mixed up with mine by accident. I believe the address I used was as listed below.
