You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in UK, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase english stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. Sent an SASE to the Eastenders address in the database around 2 months ago, recieved two signed castcards back today, 25/11/09.
Weirdly enough he signed the cast cards on the back rather than the front, so I've had to take my time deciding how to display them 
He also returned my SASE

Not sure why I recieved 2 signed cards though. I wrote a regular letter and asked for an autograph and I recieved 2
