4/18/2008 - Very nice success from Cheryl Hines, who is from [i:Curb Your Enthusiasm[/i:, but I'm more familiar with her as 'Dr. Cox's' sister on [i:Scrubs[/i:.
I sent her a letter, 5x7 and SASE on January 7, and she signed it and returned three 8x10's (personalized each to me and both my sons) on April 18.

4/16/2008 - I loved Rose in Scrubs, as he played the heavily-tattooed lunch room guy.
I sent him a 5x7, letter and SASE on February 23. He returned it signed, along with a note, on April 14.
The inscription is a reference to an episode where 'JD' tried to stump 'the Janitor' and him with a riddle saying, 'Two coins equal 30 cents. One of them is not a quarter. What are they?' The answer, a quarter and a nickel (One is not a quarter, the other one is). Joe's character brought in a penny and a button with 29c written on it! |
