The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase english stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. She played Debbie Dean in Hollyoaks and is now married to Westlife's Kian Egan.
I sent a letter and two pictures on the 21st August 2009.
Yesterday I recieved the pictures signed and dedicated and Jodi sent a signed picture herself. She also sent me back the letter I wrote to her lol
