If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. 5/20/2009 - I emailed Barbara Mandrell through her website http://www.barbara-mandrell.com/ about 3-23-09, and received a signed and inscribed 8x10 today 5-20-09. I had noted in my email to Barbara that I had gotten to see one of her very last concerts just before she retired from touring several years ago, at Renfro Valley, Ky. and she made mention of this in her inscription on my photo. What a classy lady!
