If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. I received a signed 4x6 piece of printer paper with a capture from an episode of [i:Doctor Who[/i: in my SASE on April 15, 2008 (about 5 months).
I assume the P.T.O. on the front means Please Turn Over.
The back says: "Thanks for the airoplane [sic theamed letter. like the Spitfires!! Thanks! Thomas."
The letter I sent him, I made in photoshop. I put pictures of Spitfires flying in the background because I knew that he had a liking toward planes.
I'm really glad I got something back from him 
because I wasn't really expecting to get anything back. (It's always nice when that happens!) I only wish the quality of the picture was nicer. I should have send him a pic to sign, but, like I said, I wasn't really expecting to get anything back....
