Include SASE and 5 Euro for s&h.

7/30/2008 - Today I got a lovely autograph back from Terry Jones of Monty Pythons fame, I am writing to as many of them as I can locate for my Dad's birthday and have also got one back from Michael Palin.
I sent a letter and a SASE to the address on the database on 03/07/08 and received the autograph and a letter from his PA today (30 July).
