If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, add several* International Reply Coupons. Sent to address Po Box 671/ westchester, PA/ 19395
I sent off a sase, my jackass 1 and jackass 2 dvd covers, sent an index card, a pic of ryan dunn && a pic of bam. Recieved back my jackass 2 dvd cover signed by ape, phil and bam, index card signed by bam, also the pic of bam, the pic of ryan dunn sighned by ryan dunn, and 2 pre prints, also signed again by bam.
You can tell it is real coz the marker shines.
I also sent a letter sayin i had a bam margera t shirt and it was stolen, and i got another one a few days later, from skateboard.com .. soo .. and it had a price tag on it and all, but i never paid for it, so i'm assuming it was from them
I also got a paper about ape, about her cook book,.
