How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Richard Armitage?:

If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in UK send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in UK, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase english stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. 4/19/2008 - Richard plays Sir Guy of Gisborne in the BBC's Robin Hood. He also played Harry Kennedy in the last Christmas special of Vicar of Dibley. Address: United Agents Ltd. 130 Shaftesbury Avenue, London W1D 5EU Sent: 19-Mar-08. One 6x4 photo from Robin Hood, SASE Recieved: 19-Apr-08. Photo returned unsigned. Richard instead enclosed a Robin Hood promotional postcard (signed on the reverse, unpersonalised). He used my SASE.

Though not Richard's fault, I'm very disappointed with this one. Despite including a sheet of card as protection, the return envelope was damaged in the machinery (ripped down the middle and in the bottom corner as you can see, though not open). The Royal Mail marked it as damaged en route and I was dismayed to open the packet and found the returned autograph to have a huge fold mark down the middle. Therefore, I may try Richard again in a few months. Continue >>
