7/05/2007 - I sent a letter, SASE, and picture to Jay Kenneth Johnson (Phillip on Days of our Lives) on April 24, 2007 to the Days of our Lives address in the database: Jay Kenneth Johnson "Days Of Our Lives" c/o NBC Studios 3000 West Alamada Avenue Burbank, CA 91523-0002 On June 29, 2007 I received my picture back signed. He used my SASE and the return address was my own. It is my second Jay Kenneth Johnson success, except this time I got an authentic signature instead of a PP!
