If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in UK send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in UK, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase english stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. For more information on reply coupons click here. *For information on postage prices to receive a letter from UK click here

4/19/2005 - Sent letter & SSAE on: 1st March 2005
Autograph arrived: 18th April 2005
I recieved two 6x4 colour photos hand-signed by Michael Fish (BBC & Met Office Weatherman - who spectacularly told the UK nation that there was no hurricanes forcasted the night before parts of it were ripped apart by hurricanes in 1987!)
I used the address in the database:
c/o Knight Ayton Management
114 St. Martin s Lane
London WC2N 4BE
However, the autograph actually came from:
The BBC Weather Centre
BBC Television
Room 2027, Television Centre,
Wood Lane
London
W12 7RJ
I am currently collecting autographs for a charity auction, so fortunately most celebs are very forthcoming. In fact many of them have sent me extra's so I have been able to extend my own collection as well!
I always send SSAE's as I have found this to be by far the most reliable (and polite!) policy. Where the celeb used my envelope I have tried to include a copy of any received letterhead or comp slip.
Cheers!
Ian
