11/11/2009 - My second and a huge success with wonderful classic star!
Sent September 10th from Poland via air mail, recieved November 10th. Sent SAE, 2 IRC, a letter and two photos. Recieved both photos signed with awesome personal dedications. Mr. Curtis also added one own photo also with dedication and "Suprise" note ;. I'm very pleased with this guy, thank you very much!

9/25/2009 - My first failure, but I think I was a bit presumptuous. I sent Tony Curtis a small pile of dvd covers that I was hoping to have him sign when I met him at Fan Expo Canada in Toronto. He canceled due to sickness, which worried me. I waited a few weeks and sent him a request. There were 6 items in all, and I wrote him a very sincere letter telling him I missed my chance to meet him, but hoped he would sign some of the items I'd enclosed.
Well, that was 2 weeks ago. Today I received the whole thing back in my SASE envelope, no explanation, nothing. That made me feel a little queasy. I hope I didn't offend him by sending too many items...
I'm still a fan of his. |
