Got back TWO pictures, one from FIREFLY and one from BUFFY (he played Caleb, an eveil preacher), personalized. I also got my letter back with a nice note on it.
I found an e-mail address for his manager and sent a follow up e-mail on May 11th, which may have helped speed the process along.
