If you live in UK send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. 8/15/2008 - Very pleased with this one , sent letter, SASE to manchester city address on 12th feb 08 and received sometime in the past 2 weeks(as i have been on holiday so i don't know the exact date) received a signed club card which was signed in black marker then a personalisation added in biro, weird thing tho was that they didn't use my SASE but they used there own with a first class stamp on will post photo later Continue >>
