If you live in UK send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in UK, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase english stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. 10/08/2009 - This is so weird. I looked in my mailbox this morning and found a large envelope from "Austec Homes" in Sydney addressed to me. I was like WTF?
I opened it up and found my IRC and a SAE of mine again i was like WTF? It took me a few seconds to realise my envelope was sealed up and there was something inside. I opened it and found my photo plus a trading card i sent Nick in early August. I thought why did this come from Sydney when i sent it to Crystal Palace? until i realised Australia is playing the Dutch tonight in a friendly at Sydney Olympic Park so he took my letter home with him.

Got my photo and trading card back signed and Nick returned my IRC. So im very happy.
