You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in UK, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase english stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. 7/29/2008 - Really pleased with this success. I'm not a Villa fan but I'm an Ashley Young fan and think he's a brilliant player!

Received: 29.07.08 2 signed 4x6 photos, one personalised, a team poster, the Villa magazine and supporters directory sheet with a list of contacts.
Like I said, dead chuffed and I'm glad they sent one photo personalised and one not because the personalisations done by the customer services staff always look a bit silly in my honest opinion |
