3/15/2008 - I wrote to Galen Gering at the "Passions" address on 5/12/05 and today I received a 8x10 black and white photo inscribed to me! I sent a letter and SASE and he did end up using it. He is Luis from NBC'S Soap Show "Passions." I'm so psyched that it came after all this time!!! The address below might not work anymore due to the show being cancelled, but it's worth a shot.
