You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. 8/25/2008 - I just got it back yesterday! It is so cool! I first sent one to him three months ago, but then I decided to send one back, and it came back in just three weeks! I sent it to the Boston Pops addy from the database.

5/25/2008 - I sent a letter, sase, and two 8x10 photos(one for a friend), to the Boston Pops address in the database and recieved both of my photos back signed on 5/19/08. I am really happy with this success.
