If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo.
You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes.
Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response.

MLB Executives William DeWitt Jr AND Bill DeWitt III Success (St. Louis Cardinals) - July 14th, 2025
Sent a LOR, a SASE, & 3 cards. I sent them only to William DeWitt Jr but mentioned in my letter that if he signed any, I was going to attempt to have them signed by Bill DeWitt III as well. He saved me the trouble & had them signed by him as well! Very cool of him to do that. They both signed 2/3 cards ('90 Fleer Action Series Cardinals Sticker & '22 Topps Cardinals Team on the back of the card). Kept a '23 Topps Cardinals Team.
