If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase american stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. 10/18/2008 - I sent Francois Chau a LOR and SASE on July 7 2008. I sent this on behalf of a friend of mine who is a HUGE “Lost” fan. In my letter I told Francois that my friend’s name is Brian and what a fan of the show he is and how much he would enjoy an autograph. On October 10 2008 my friend rec’d a personalized photo and a nice little note mentioning my name and the letter I sent. My friend, who is going through some tough times, was needless to say, absolutely thrilled! He told me that he is going to write Jorge Garcia and Michael Emerson. I told him it makes going to the mailbox a whole new experience.
Naturally, I do not have a scan of the pic, but it is the same one posted by others.
I was just as excited as if I had rec’d the auto myself. What a great guy!!
