You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase american stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. 8/11/2008 - Today (Monday, August 11th, 2008) I received 3 mails in my mailbox from Chicago White Sox, John Travolta, and Amir Khan. For Chicago White Sox, I sent them an email via their official website http://whitesox.mlb.com/ on the contact section and filled out the form requesting a fan pack from them near the end of July probably on July 24th 2008 and received today:
-Boston Red Sox huge sticker
-Letter
-Kids fan club info
-2 season schedules
-2008 Sox pride club info
-2008 publication order form
