If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase american stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. 8/20/2008 - today (August 20th, 2008), i got the New England Patriots fan pack that I have request on their official site on August 11th, 2008. The fan pack includes:
-2 pocket schedules
-Big window sticker
-2007 team photo
-Fridge magnet schedule
its kinda sad that i didn't get anything special in particular but at least i got something!!! The return address:

8/18/2008 - I was on the Patriots website last week and on the FAQ it said that they didn't send fan packs. But I requested one anyways, and today I got a 2007 Patriots Team Photo, two 2008 pocket schedules, a magnet schedule, and a window decal.

2/14/2008 - I sent the New England Patriots just a letter on January 3rd and today I received an team photo of them in the mail.
