Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response.

Pat Underwood, Frm MLB, second try success - September 1st, 2020
After first getting a return saying he now charges a very nominal fee sent him another LOR, SASE, two cards and $5 to Pat Underwood, 708 Riverview Dr, Kokomo, IN 46901-7024 on 8/21/20. Got back both cards signed in blue today 9/1/20 and he even wrote his playing years on them.

Pat Underwood, frm MLB, now charges - July 6th, 2020
Sent LOR, SASE and two cards to Pat Underwood, 708 Riverview Dr, Kokomo, IN, 46901-7024 on 6/22/20. Got back cards unsigned with note saying he now charges $2 per card and ball, $5 for photo with $10 max on 7/6/20.
