If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo.
You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes.
Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response.

Mike Devereaux Auto Card - 9 Days - October 9th, 2018
Mike Devereaux was the last member of the 1995 Atlanta Braves World Series Championship Team that I needed an autograph from (players that appeared in at least 1 game). 23 players total - plus manager Bobby Cox and pitching coach Leo Mazzone. I sent a nice note detailing this with a baseball card and a SASE. Received a signed card back in 9 days (sent 9/30/2018, received back 10/9/2018). WOW!!
