If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase american stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. 8/20/2008 - This is actually my first autograph request sent through the mail! I've always been one to meet people in person, via conventions or otherwise, so this was my test run.
Sent a SASE, picture, and a letter to Hudson Leick at:

This was sent right around 7/04/08 and received today 8/20/08. The photo was all that was included, and no return address was on the envelope. Both are below:

7/20/2008 - Best known for her role of Callisto in the popular TV series Xena: Warrior Princess. Leick started her career as a model, but decided to concentrate on acting. She took courses in drama and diction to improve her voice. In 1992 she appeared in one episode of the series CBS Schoolbreak Special. The following year, Leick appeared in an episode of Law & Order. She also played small roles in University Hospital as Tracy Stone and Knight Rider 2010. Her big break came in 1995 when she won a part on Melrose Place. Leick appeared in nine episodes of the series. After small roles in Hijacked: Flight 285 and Dangerous Cargo, the director Robert Tapert selected Leick for the role Callisto on Xena: Warrior Princess. Leick also played Callisto on companion series Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.
