If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. 9/11/2007 - I sent a fan letter and autograph request to John via his Official website's contact page email address on the 13th August:

and on the 11th September I recieved an amazing personalised and signed photograph. It came very well packaged.
I think I am one of the first to have a success from him so am very happy. I love him as CLIFF IN 'Cheers' and this has to be my best success yet.
Unfortunately the scan isnt very good as the photo was signed in black over dark blue but it is amazing in the flesh and the scan does not give it the slightest justice

6/30/2006 - For those of you who love Cheers, or have ever watched a Disney Pixar movie, you've encountered the voice of John Ratzenberger. He's the only actor whose been in all of the Disney and Pixar movies. He was:
