It's from actress Diane Franklin, who played Monique in "Better Off Dead" and one of the princesses in "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure". I had to pay for the photo from her official site(http://www.dianefranklin.com) and wrote a nice letter about how I missed not seeing her on screen anymore. She sent not one, but two photos.
