If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo.
You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes.

James Worthy Success - November 9th, 2015
Hello hello! Monday, November 9th - I received (2) autographed Star Trek TNG trading cards signed by NBA Hall of Fame Player James Worthy. Mr. Worthy had a cameo in a TNG episode as a towering Klingon. Thanks Mr. Worthy for signing for your fans! Live Long and Prosper!

Today I got my letter returned from KCAL Television 4200 Radford Avenue Studio City, CA 91604-2189. James worthy Is no longer there. I will have to send it to Gastonia NC.
