3/13/2009 - Mandy Jiroux is Miley's BFF(: I've met her too(: Okay so in June or July I sent Manderz a blend I made of her and a letter/questionnaire an SASE(: I got it back on Saturday with a personalized 8x10 in my SASE. I also recieved a letter she typed me thanking me for everything and answering all my questions--it was sooooo sweet!. She stuck the letter (on special stationary) and another signed picture of her and Miley that said Best Friends in a little envelope and stuck it in my SASE and wrote my name on it!
